As a VFX Editor at Rocket Science VFX I was responsible for maintaining direct communication with the production team, and downloading and ingesting the turnover media and on-set data.
Once the media and on-set data were downloaded and ingested, my job was to populate the shot managing software Shotgun (a.k.a Shotgrid), disseminate the media and data ingested, and create and set up projects, including suitable colour management.
In addition to managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, I was in charge of conforming timelines to new client edits, cutting internal reels, and providing support to the producers, production coordinators, and artists to ensure shots were in accordance with the clients' vision.
